Elash® Investment Group was founded with a clear mission—to help people achieve financial freedom and enjoy life now, not just someday in the future. Our founder and President, Matt Engle, started his journey as an engineer and single-family rental investor but saw a greater opportunity in multifamily real estate to create passive income for more than just his own family. A life-changing experience with a co-worker who passed away just before retirement, reinforced Matt’s belief that life is too short to wait. This realization fueled his passion to help others build wealth and live fully today.
Since founding Elash® Investment Group, Matt has been actively involved in the multifamily investment community, creating the Columbus Multifamily Investors Meetup to connect like-minded professionals and share knowledge.
