How our journey began

Elash Investment Group was founded because Matt Engle, Elash President, a busy engineer and investor in single family rental homes, saw multifamily investing as an opportunity to provide passive income for more than just his family. Matt doesn’t want to wait until retirement to enjoy life. And he doesn’t want you to have to wait either. His passion for helping others and real estate combine to create Elash Investment Group. Since starting Elash Investment Group, Matt has been actively involved in the Multifamily Investment world. He began the Columbus Multifamily Investors Meetup so passionate investment professionals have a platform to meet with others in the community; to network, learn, and grow both professionally and personally.
